Orange Origami

I picked up this lovely piece during a deadstock fabric sale in Barcelona. I have about 1.5m of it (enough for a skirt, or a simple dress like the Taslima).

It's made of a simple woven cotton, dyed in Asia (I couldn't any more specifics than that!) but the design was printed here in Barcelona. The drape is simple, as you would expect for a summery cotton fabric.

The wholesaler had 3m to spare, so I split the bolt with another shop; she'd been trying to sell this piece for six months! The colour is a little darker than in the photos, almost rust-like.
