Refunds & Returns

I’m sure you’ll love your order, but if for any reason you don’t, I have a ‘no questions asked’ returns policy for all purchases. 

Since all items are bespoke and made to order, I don’t offer exchanges. You will need to receive a refund for your first order and order a new piece again.

  • The cost of return is the customer’s responsibility.

  • We highly  recommend using a tracked service to return your oder and keeping the receipt. Syra Brownlock is not responsible for any return items lost in the post. 

  • If you are returning your whole order, we will refund the original delivery cost if applicable. For exchanges or if returning part of your order, the original delivery cost will not be refunded.

  • For health and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept the return of worn clothing. 

Here’s what to do:

  1. Make sure items are unworn, and send me a message using the contact form. 

  2. Return your unworn items within 14 working days to the address I will provide you via email, using a trackable service. For security reasons, I can’t give out my address online. Make sure you keep your proof of postage!

Now what?

I’ll do my best to turn around the refund within 5 working days, excluding national holidays and weekends, from the date I receive it. 

All refunds are made via the original method of payment. It typically takes 3 – 5 working days from the date we make the refund for it to appear in your PayPal balance or on your credit/debit card. This varies depending on the issuer and can be longer for international issuers.
